Picture Tuesday.

Well again it's Tuesday.  And what do I plan to do today?  Clean.  I don't know if I'm starting to nest a little but lately, I just want to have a clean room and nursery.  I guess I want to clean because I want our room to be set up before the end of May.  The nursery is a connecting room, and right now we can't get into the nursery through our room because of the TV being there.  In order for Greg to move all the heavy wooden furniture (hehe) I have to make sure that everything is clean.  And I need to keep it clean.  I hope it's not as difficult as it might sound.
Speaking of the nursery...On Easter Greg and I layed down the carpeting and set up the crib!  Omg.  I l-o-v-e the carpeting...it's so soft!  And clean!  Best thing we got for free...for serious.  I have made a pledge that the nursery is a no-shoe zone.  1.) The carpet is too nice to mess up with dirty shoes.  And 2.) It's too soft and wonderful that you just have to experience the feling against your footsies.
(BTW:  This picture was extremely difficult to caputre.  Between my belly and his belly...PLUS trying to catch my feet in the picture?  Oy.)

And THIS is the crib.  OMG.  So beautiful!  Again, thank you craigslist, the rich man and women who sold it to us for 1/3 of what they originally spent on it, and the girl that called about the crib and then decied that it was too expensive for her.  When I first called the women, she told me that the bed does not convert to a toddler bed or anything else, that it's just a crib.  *devilish grin*  Guessssss whattttttttt.  It does convert.  AND it has a drop down side?  Seriously...everything I wanted in a crib and it's gorgeous and it was cheap?  Can you see why I love this crib?

No Tuesday would be complete without a belly picture! And I really don't want to disappoint.  :D

Greg insisted that I put my arm behind my back.  Apparently I cover up too much of my belly when I put arm to my side.  What he doesn't realize is that I'm trying not to show off the roll of fat that is present.  But I guess it turned out pretty well.

I've noticed that my belly is sticking out further and further every week.  (Note: Yes, it just dawned on me that my belly is sticking out more.  For real, this pregnancy thing has me terribly scatter brained.)  I also noticed that I need a new photographer.  I'm not saying Greg doesn't get the job done, but he always takes stupid pictures and then wonders why they end up in the recycle bin.  He also waits until I am making the most ridiculous faces or he tilts the camera so it's not straight.  It looks like I'm balancing on my tip toes or something.

See what I mean by stoopid faces?  Like every picture.  Maybe it's not him...maybe it's me.  I have no control over my face no more.  :(  My lower belly still hangs a lot...but I was told that I might not get a perfectly round belly because I'm so heavy.  I have noticed though it is smoothing out a lot.    I still hate my strech marks.  Mainly because I've had them all my life, but I never had the dark red ones.  My mom told me that they will fade and sometimes they go completely away...but I'm starting to have my doubts they will.

New pregnancy symptom!  Not only am I starting to crave weird things, (I am dying to have noodles with peanut butter and garlic.  Talk about strange.) but my ankles/feet/hands are starting to swell.  Great.  I've never been a big salt adder to my food, but I do like potato chips.  I've been trying to watch my salt intake and it's the same as it's always been.  They don't hurt (all the time) but it can be uncomfortable.  Especially my ring. Sometimes it takes me a while to pull off the ring just to let my finger get some air.  I refuse to take it off already.  I want to keep my ring on for as long as I possibly can.  We might get it resized, just because we didn't really take in account regular summer swelling.

Speaking of summer....why is it here already?  I'm loving seeing the sun everyday and it being warm.  However, does it really need to be almost 90 in April?  No, I didn't think so.  Let's work on upper 60's and 70's.  I don't want to be regretting the summer months.  (I already am.)  Last night Greg put in the AC only to find out that it blows the circut!  It's really noisey too...so we're in the market for a new one.  Greg has some connections for a newer one; and my mom offered to check out her old one.  We decided that we don't need a new bed, but we might get a topper so it'll be softer.  It's funny, if someone puts their head at the bottom of the bed, and the legs up where the head is at...we have room.  Go figure.  We might sleep like that for the next few months.
That's it for this post!

Until Next Time:
