Wow, I shouldn't make promises I can't keep.

Yea so, I know I promised that I'll be posting like all week.  *Pffthb*  That didn't happen.  But this has been a pretty exciting week so far.

Tuesday I had my doctor's appointment.  And despite me feeling like I gained at least 10 pounds, I only gained 6.  (But the next day I had another appointment I lost 5 pounds overnight.) Everything is looking great!  Although my belly is getting bigger everyday, I was told that's suppposed to happen.  (Go figure!)

We heard the heartbeat.  It wasn't for long, and it took 2 nurses and the doctor to find it, but I heard it!  Greg didn't really know what we were listening for, but sure enough, when I heard the little "horse trots" I knew it was baby boo.  It took a little while to find, apparently it was moving around a good bit.  And for a while my heartbeat was right over the little one's and it made it really hard to hear.  But eventually it was found and it came in around 150-160.

Boy: zero
Girl: one

That's right.  Even the doctor said that generally boys have a faster hear rate at this time.  And girls are a little slower.  So, it might be think pink a little more.  Daddy is happy, mommy is still on the fence.  But we will see.  Nothing is 100%, even an ultrasound.

But I'm excited.  Hearing the heartbeat definately took most of my worries away.  :D  Now I'm on baby mode.  Like, crazy baby mode.  I want to set up the crib like NOW and I want the matress like NOW and I want baby clothes like NOW.  I'm growing inpatient and I still have so much time to go!  I'm only 12 weeks 3 days.  I still have 28 weeks to go!  This is the longest "wait now move" games I've ever played.  But I also know that baby boo will be here before we know it.  And I want it to stay in there until at least 38 weeks.  I want a big, healthy, strong, happy baby.

...nahhhh I'm not looking for much.

Oh, and here are the latest pictues.  I was told that most of the belly is, in fact, bloat.  And only about 1/3 of the growing belly is the baby.  So.  I'm just fat right now.  But I will show a little earlier because of this being my second pregnancy.

Well I need to get going because my stupid laptop will NOT charge nor will it keep the charger in it's little hole.  (And I am getting frustrated.)
