That's right: MORE snow. Don't you just love living in Pa? Well, I don't think snow is that bad but I do not like it that much. I would much rather see it fall and then melt and just be gone after that. Since we've gotten that 24 inches, a little bit has melted. And now about 12 more inches (give or take) will be falling soon.
Maybe this time I'll be allowed to make snow angels?
Who cares if I want to do it in the middle of the street.
It's gonna be locked down because of the snow emergency.
Jus' saying.
I'm pregnant...not fragile.
And ahhh this weekend. Valentine's day is on Sunday. Not only that, but it will be a year for Greg and I. Instead of doing something for him on Sunday, I'm gonna do it on Saturday. Now, I am not a material girl. I just want a nice quiet night together. Cause let's face it...next year at this time...it's not going to be so quiet around here. So I'm taking a recipe from one of my friends- Jenn- and tweeking it a little. The other day she made a version of Rachel Ray's "Mexican Lasagna". Welp, it looks that good that I'm gonna make it too. She made her's with chicken (original called for ground chicken) and I'm gonna make mine with good ol' ground beef. Add some enchalida sauce...and tortilias...AND cheese? Oh baby, I am there. Not only am I gonna make that...but I'm also going to make his favorite desert: pumpkin pie. I made one for Thanksgiving...and oh.my.God. he LOVED it.
So, of course I should spoil my man a little, right?
I'm also making him a CD. Some songs that remind me of him. Corny I know...but meh. I love the guy....and I don't tell him enough. He's been saying for weeks now that he wants to take me out to dinner or he wants to get me this or wants to do that. Eh. I want him to take me out to breakfast on V-day. I want pancakes...and and omlette...and bacon...and jelly toast...and homefries.
Whoa...pregnant girl. You're not really eating for two now.
Ptfffb...I've been eating for 2 for 23 years why stop now?
Well until later (I've made myself hungry, yet again)
